Nichole Rolik begins her first season as Assistant Coach for Lakeland Women's Soccer in its first year of existence in 2018. Before accepting the job at Lakeland, Rolik coached alongside head coach Steve Sivik at Notre Dame Cathedral Latin (NDCL) for two years as assistant coach.
Rolik was a standout soccer player at Willoughby South High School and graduated from South in 2007. After high school, Rolik continued her soccer career at Edinboro University in Pennsylvania.
Following her time at Edinboro, Rolik began her coaching career for the u10G team at Rangers Soccer Club. After that, Rolik was the assistant coach at Beaumont High School from 2013-15. In 2015, Rolik joined the Mentor Wave Soccer Club and went on to coach u10G for three years.
