The Lakeland volleyball team traveled to Fremont, OH today to face the Titans of Terra State. The Lakers continued their strong overall play and rolled to a 3-0 win over the Titans. Lakeland used strong net play and good defense to earn the win. Lakeland also had an outstanding serving game to pace the win.

Player of the Game: Taylor Williams-Stevens - Coach Watts commented, "Taylor had a great game today. She was a force to be reckoned with hitting and had a terrific game serving (5 aces in one set)."
Coach Watts' Word: "We played really well today. We really communicated well, played together, and had fun out there. It was a very good team effort. We are really starting to grow as a team - it's exciting to see. After the last match, this was a much needed win. I'm really proud of the effort we made tonight - nice team win."
Next Up: The Lakers will travel to Lorain County Community College to take on the Commodores next Wednesday (9/17) in OCCAC action. Game time is schweduled for 6:00 pm.
