Lakeland Community College is proud to welcome Nick Price as the new head coach of the Lakers softball program for the 2025-26 season. Coach Price joins Lakeland with a robust background in player development and a deep understanding of the local and regional softball landscape. His transition to the collegiate level follows a successful seven-year tenure at Jefferson Area High School (2018–2025), where he was instrumental in shaping the program’s competitive identity and fostering the growth of student-athletes on and off the field.

In addition to his high school coaching success, Coach Price brings extensive experience from the elite travel softball circuit. Since 2017, he has served as a head coach for high-level travel organizations, and he currently leads an A-level team for Thunder Elite. 

Price is a resident of Jefferson, Ohio.
